Team Training 

We have the ability to train all of our employees. The training process begins the first day, we explain the services we provide in detail. We explain how we provide our services in detail, and what separates us from our competitors.

We explain the importance of being attentive while preparing documents to be scanned. 

We explain the details of the importance once the documents are scanned and the next steps, also teaching the details of the quality control process of the scanned files. 

Teaching the process of what happens once all files are scanned if they are to be returned, we teach how to re-box the files for the return or if the files are to be shredded, we teach the process of secure shredding within our facilities.

If the employee comes to our facility with prior training that is great, but we ensure that each employee has the proper training to help our company provide the best service in a timely and productive manner.
